About Me
My Background
I am a wife, a mother of three children, a grandmother of four grandchildren, a ministry leader in church.
Professionally, I am a mental health ministry coordinator, and a counseling therapist. My Christian faith has been an important part of my life since a very young age. Finding faith from my head to my heart has been a long and winding journey. I discovered that spiritual direction can take me on this inner journey in a unique and safe way.

A Companion for Your Spiritual Journey
Every Christian will experience summits and valleys in their life journey. Our faith remains our anchor throughout all the seasons of our life. I believe that compassion and authenticity are keys to entering these terrains without losing heart. Yet, true compassion is rooted in deep listening. As a spiritual director, my passion is to accompany individuals to tread through various life's terrains; whether they are wilderness, valley of the shadow of death, or at life's crossroads through compassionate listening and various spiritual disciplines. Discernment and truth come from the Holy Spirit. Spiritual direction offers a space of rest and peace in times of doubts and struggles; and a place of growth when faith seems fading away.
