#1「你們來吃早飯。」

耶穌說：「你們來吃早飯。」門徒中沒有一個敢問他「你是誰？」，因為知道是主。 耶穌就來拿餅和魚給他們。 約翰福音 21:12

親愛的主，

怎麼又說到吃飯了？你知道我不喜歡吃早餐，但你第三次出現在門徒面前，就是邀請你一起吃早餐。

現在，我才知道和你坐在火爐邊用餐是多麼的親密。對於那些經歷過你的受難、死亡和復活情緒過山車的門徒來說，你選擇再次與他們一起吃飯真是一定是一個非常特別的時刻。

主啊，我突然覺得我活在一個食物要麼成為偶像，要麼成為束縛的時代。僅僅考慮我們對待食物的方式並不能完全自由。

今天看到一張由簡單的食物，一頓有意義的飯菜的畫面。感謝您讓我重新獲得享受食物的自由，並引導我了解膳食的更深層意義。我現在意識到您希望透過分享食物的團契和美好場景來祝福我們的身心得到飽足。這也是見證你存在的時刻，儘管，像門徒一樣，我有時不敢承認你是誰。但你的耐心和溫柔總是讓我能夠按照自己的步調和時間來接受和理解你。

感謝主，我現在的願望是，每當我吃飯的時候，讓我心裡喜樂的不是食物，而是每餐的意義和祝福。 阿門

“Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord.” John 21:12

Dear Lord,

Why is it about eating again? You know I do not like eating breakfast, but your third appearance to the disciples is an invitation to have breakfast with you.

Now, I can see how intimate it is to be sitting with you around the fire and have a meal with you. For your disciples who have gone through a roller coaster of emotions witnessing your suffering, death, and resurrection, it must be a very special moment that you choose to eat with them one more time.

Lord, I suddenly feel that I am living in an age where food has become either an idol or a constraint. We are not totally free just by thinking of the way we approach food.

Today, I saw a picture of simple food and a meaningful meal. Thank you for granting me back the freedom to enjoy food and to lead me into a deeper meaning of meals. I now realized your desire to bless food to our body and mind through this beautiful scene of fellowship through sharing food. This is also a time to witness your presence, even though, like the disciples, I sometimes dare not admit that who you are. But you have such patience and tenderness always allow me to come to accept and understand you at my own pace and time.

Thank you Lord, my desire now is that whenever I come to a meal, it is not the food that causes my heart to cheer, but the meaning and blessing of each meal I come to appreciate. Amen
