#5 “ 我也怎樣愛你們…”

“父怎樣愛我，我也怎樣愛你們。你們要常在我的愛中…不是你們揀選了我，而是我揀選了你們，並且派你們出去結永存的果子。，。” 約 翰 福 音 15:9, 16a(CCBT)

親愛的主，

你的愛溫柔而有力，因為儘管我遠不值得被愛，你仍然稱我為你的朋友，。你知道當我讀到你的愛滋潤我的心時我的感受嗎？一股溫暖的感覺從我的心裡流淌出來，表達著我的感激之情，並渴望回報你的愛。這就是此刻你的愛對我來說是多麼震撼。我是誰？ 你竟然稱我為你的朋友，並與我分享你與天父分享「同樣的愛」？

主啊，我實在無言以對，我是謙卑地完全被祢的愛所感動。

謝謝你揀選了我，並提醒我，從這個充滿愛的生命中流出的一切都不能自私地把它留給自己。知道你給了我如此強大的愛，我可以去與世界分享，告訴他們只有你才能給予這種滿足的愛。任何人都不應該透過囤積自己已經記不清的物質貨財、放任地食用身體無法消化的美食、或透過超時的工作來換取快樂和安全感。 因為在這空虛的過程中再找不到愛的痕跡了。

主啊，感謝你愛我最原本的樣子，也因為我是並不理想甚至一無是處的我而揀選了我，我只是一個每天都需要憐憫的罪人，而且我的信心和為你結果子的能力並不堅強。但我很感恩，因為我知道我是被愛的，我感到你的愛天天滋養我的心。

#5 “Let my love nourish your heart…”

“I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts.....But I call you my most intimate and cherished friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father. You didn’t choose me, but I’ve chosen and commissioned you to go into the world to bear fruit. "

John 15:9, 16a (TPT)

Dear Lord,

Your love is tender yet powerful for you call me your friend even though I am far from worthy of being loved. Do you know how I feel when I read that your love nourishes my heart? A sense of warmth flows out of my heart expressing gratitude and a desire to love you in return. That’s how powerful your love is for me in this moment. Who am I that you call me your friend and share with me the “same love” that you share with the Father? I am speechless, humbled and completely moved by your love, Lord.

Thank you for choosing me and reminding me that what flows out of this life that is love-filled is not to keep it to myself. Knowing that you have given me such powerful love, I can go and share with the world that only you can grant the kind of love that satisfies. No one should ever seek their sense of joy and security from hoarding possessions that one can hardly remember they already have, from consuming gourmet that their body can no longer digest, or from working longer hours that is only rewarded by moving up the tax bracket. In the process, there is hardly any traces of love found.

Lord, thank you for loving me for who I am and for choosing me for who I am not, for I am a sinner who needs mercy every day and I am not strong in my faith and my ability in bearing fruit for you. But I am so grateful that I know I am loved and your love nourishes my heart.
